You have never played in a town like this and you never will again.
The fans live and die by the success or failure of the QB. You have just replaced the golden boy in a situation that was not positive for the fans. If you are part of a movement that results in success, the fans will love you. If you fail here, it will be complete disaster and could be enough to tire you of the sport. Many of us will be pulling for you. |

If Broncos fail, Orton is pretty low on the blame list.

I like what Orton is saying, how he carries himself, sure he doesn't have the athletic ability of Cutty, but seems to be very humble and a, ready to work his as* off, kind of guy. Kind of reminds me of a Blue collar guy with a fat bank account, heres to hoping he does great in this system
GO BRONCOS!!! |

Orton will be 3rd in line behind McDaniels and Bowlen.

However, Broncos fans aren't NEAR as passionate about our team than Bears fans though, so don't worry too much.

A source of mine told me that not only do a number of current and old Bronco players read the Mane, So does Pat Bowlen.

Whatever, he's already played in Chicago -- the most passionate fans in the NFL.
Or, at least according to Cutler, fans more passionate than Denver. |

Will Orton be asked to put up huge numbers or just asked to manage the game?

Can someone, once and for all, tell me what "managing a game" means? It seems like a bull**** word saved for a QB that doesnt throw many picks, but otherwise sucks.

Trent Dilfer was a game manager for the Ravens when they won it all. Dude was asked to just not turn it over. They knew their offense sucked.

I don't know why any QB wants to play for such a sack of b****es that think they are entitled to win every game ever played. |
