How much you want to bet he ends up in Chicago?

Gives them Earl Bennett as their Eddie Royal (Bennett was on the sidelines last year sitting but was Cutler's go-to guy in college at Vandy) - Plaxico as their Brandon Marshall - Olsen as their Scheffler - and Forte as a solid RB.

add in the addition of Pace to LT (if he stays healthy) + Chris Williams going to his projected draft spot of RT... things are looking good.

All they need to do with that is add Marvin Harrison to Slot and they've got Cutler taken care of, aside from some more O-Line help.

They can afford to do all of this too. The Bears can easily turn their offense around. Question though is if the scheme molds to Cutler's talent or limits it.

They had 9 wins last year too... close to the playoffs. They also forced about 19 more turnovers last year than the Broncos and have a better defense.

The Bears NEED Plaxico. Hopefully they get him though and he shoots his leg again. I'd like a high draft pick next year.

Except Royal is a proven commodity and Bennett they say wasn't making plays in practice. Plax is going to jail and for sure will be suspended. The Tackle Chris Williams has major back problems and the scuttle is he isn't even close to be ready to play. In fact the dreaded career ending moniker is being whispered.

That and both the OG stink and Pace is a physical wreck.

Your right though Cutler solves all Bears problems. What they can do is draft some errrrrr, oh that's right they traded both firsts next 2 yrs.

Cut... A 25 year old franchise QB is worth 2 1st round picks. If San Diego offered the Broncos... Rivers... for 2 1st round picks, we'd pull the trigger.

The difference being Rivers is a true franchise qb. The defense was missing its star, the star RB hobbled, and he still kicked the **** out of Cutler when it counted.

Your as bad as Cutler comparing himself to real QB's. Cutler is no better then Orton, he just has a stronger arm. Bronco fans are easily mesmerized by that but it's not what makes a franchise QB.

Franchise QB means someone you can build team around because you can trust them to always make the right decisions. Both off the field, at practice, in front on cameras, working out in offseason...everything.

Cutler has not shown he is a winner, has not shown he is mature, and has not shown he can protect the ball. What in that screams franchise qb to you?
Oh wait he threw for 4000 yrds. Well so did Jake Plummer and a lot of other qbs over the yrs for many different teams that didn't win.

Strong armed = throw the ball hard and far that is it

I bet Cutlers numbers will not be good next yr. What do you think.

I say his yrds go down, tds go down, QB% goes down. I don't know if he could possible turn ball over, he throws one int a game the way it is now. That's with a great oline and good wr. Who knows IMO Bears will struggle to find a way to keep Cutler happy, and Cutler will fail to convince them to give a long term deal with a ton of new upfront cash.

Look for a huge blowout between Cutler and the Bears as soon as next offseason.
