Simms is ok. even if he loses any parts other than legs/hands or heart.. he should be ok. So dont worry about protection for him

I'd much rather have Cutler, but we could do worse than Simms... imo. He's certainly a great back-up to have.

I still think we'll bring in one more guy, be it a trade for someone like Anderson, a vet like Garcia or a first-day QB to groom.

No he doesn't. Garcia is flushed out of the pocket quicker than the McDaniels prototype 6-4 quarterback is. Garcia *might* be able to pull it off. I like the guy and his approach to the game. But it's not accurate to say he fits the McDaniels offense to a T.
