How many posters are wishing they could change their votes in the various polls we have going here about whether or not Jay will be the starting QB for Denver in week one?

One question:

Does the listing say anything about a squatter with "women problems" living in the basement?

If he works in Lakewood and likes going out in LoDo so much, why the hell would he want a house all the way out in Castle Pines anyway?

At the very least, the timing is peculiar. Obviously, he's smart enough to know that the media would get ahold of it, and people would read into it.

I really, really hope he shows up Monday, and that he and McDaniels make nice.

I think it's funny that in the worst housing market in decades, in a foreclosure hotbed city, that he's trying to make money on a house he bought in 2006.

Good luck with that Jay. His Realtor must be part of his PR team.

Unreal. I just checked realtor.com and there are 74 houses for sale in his town that are going for over $1 million. Yikes.

16 alone just between $1.8 and $2.1 mil. Talk about a flooded market.

And I assume that doesn't even count his or any others that have just been listed in the past few days, because his isn't on realtor.com yet.

If he actually has, you don't think the timing was intentional?

Its just another chess move on the part of Bus Cook to try and strong arm the Broncos. When an agent gets involved and gets permission to seek a trade for a player the team always gets less than what they would've if they just moved him themselves. Primarily because the agent is under no restrictions to not publicly shop offers so no team will overpay in desperation.

Both were bought in 2006 within months of each other. Not sure which was first.

This has got to be by design.

Bus Cook: "Hey, why don't you put your house on the market?"
Cutler: "Why?"
Bus Cook: "Well, when the media gets ahold of it, everyone will start freaking out, and Denver will have to sign you to a big deal to get you to stick around."

Effin' SWEET. /shoots self

Yeah, he seems to be turning into the Scott Boras of the NFL. I long for the good old days, when agents were decent guys, a la Drew Rosenhaus.
