Default CSU Locker Room horror stories...

Following are excerpts from an anonymous letter sent to school administrators at Colorado State, reporting harassment and abuse allegedly perpetrated by four Rams football players against another student in the men's locker room.

The name of the school has been redacted in the document, but judging by the football team's record and the conference, it isn't hard to figure out which school we're talking about. Anyway, dude is working out in the gym, and then finds four guys in Colorado State jerseys rifling through his gym bag. Fun ensues.

Quote:
I once again told the guys that this was my bag. One of them stepped towards me and raised a fist. He told me, and I remember this very clearly, "Get the **** out of here before I whoop your punk ass." It was then that another student entered the isle. The four guys quickly bowed their heads and walked the opposite way out of the isle, leaving my bag. I checked the bag and nothing except a few emergency dollars I keep in one of the side pockets had been taken. I was obviously upset, but considered the situation done. I put on my swim trunks and headed out to the pool, but with my backpack. After a half hour swim, I called it quits and headed to the shower.

While in the shower, I had something thrown at me. It was a waded up wet cluster of toilet paper. It wasn't until later that I realized that it was wet because it was soaked in urine. Right after it was thrown at me, I spun around to see two of the guys from before standing in the entrance of the shower room. They stood laughing at me for a second, and then one of them said, "Thought you were safe, didn't you,you little b****?" Then the other guy told me to watch my back and not say **** to anyone. After that they left.
The letter gets more frenzied and indignant as is progresses.

Quote:
I pay the $21,000.00 out of state annual tuition to attend this university, and what do I get in return? I get stuff stolen from me and I get a urine-soaked wad of paper thrown at me while being threatened by a group of athletic thugs that you probably sought out to come to this school. Great job to whoever scouted these guys. Did he find them in the local penitentiary? And for that matter, our football team has stunk to high hell ever since I have been here. Last year we were 7-6, which is a pathetic record in the Mountain West.
Big finish ...

Quote:
And if I may offer you some recruiting advice for future years; if you are going to fill our football team roster with **** athletes that are dumb and slow, perhaps you should make sure that they aren't also criminals.

People like this crack me up. Instead of remaining focused and on topic...he finds the need to insert snide comments about the football team, staff and Program.

It does nothing but undermine his grievance and show him in just as bad of a light as the people he was accusing.

I disagree. He's obviously venting. I would agree if what he said about the football program was a lie.

This guy needs to toughen up. Happens all the time in every locker room. I remember some smarta$$ would hide at the entrance of the showers with a can of analgesic balm and a tongue depresser and if you weren't quick and on the lookout you'd get your nuts wiped with the balm. Stuff burns for hours.

F that....four dudes steal money from me and I would be waiting for them with my taser the next day.

40,000 volts of "excuse me sir, I seem to have accidentally taken some of your money....my deepest apologies" would be a suitable lesson.

Why would college football players be in the regular student locker room wearing their jerseys? I know high school players wear their jerseys on game day, but I really doubt D1 football players walk around campus wearing their jerseys....

The athlete's gym and student's gym aren't even in the same building at CSU.

Pranks are fun.

Getting your stuff stolen and then subsequently getting harrassed by a team of chorkling idiots doesnt really fall into that category.

What you do is you call the police and walk them right up to the idiot brigade, pointing out each of them. Then you watch them get embarrassed in front of the gym staff, students, and athletic department, and you feel justified when they report their "suspensions" (or whatever menial punishment the AD hands down is) in the school paper.

Then the next time you see them, you give 'em a little wink-point-smile and laugh your butt off.

6 years and it took a shower story to get him to post.

I figured the Jake/Shanny saga would bring every last lurker out from the shadows.

That doesnt mean that they dont hang out in the university gym.

The nice looking chicks that show up to the gym to hook up (if youve been in a university gym you know exactly what Im talking about) dont work out in the athletes gym.

Which often indicates the story is made up and the person solely had an axe to grind with the program, football, and virile men in general.

If he is in a gym.. and he is in a locker room... he could of just "locked" up his belongings in a "locker" and this would of never happened. I for one would never just leave my bag sitting the middle of a locker room, no matter what locker room I was in.

I agree... getting a urine soaked paper towel thrown at you in a gym is nothing to cry home about... albeit crude and rude, definitely not a "crime" and minor compared to other sports related hazing rituals.
