I always liked their chord selection, lots of well placed Dominant Min7th's, chord substitutions, inverted bass note selection.

The fact that they honed their skill in Liverpool and Germany really kept their core skills intact their whole careers. They were so tight yet at the verge of breaking apart which makes great Rock. Lots of vibe.

I wish I could have heard the Beatles Cavern concert, and been present when Beethoven played the Pathetique for the 1st time.

I didn't think it was possible to agree with you on anything but that would be my pick though.

My favorite is probably Rocky Raccoon though.

I'll play

1. The White Album
2. Magical Mystery Tour
3. Help! (UK Version, without all the movie orchesteration)
4. Revolver
5. Abbey Road
6. With The Bealtes
7. Let It Be..Naked (Without Phil Spector's Wall of Sound bullshat)
8. Yellow Submarine Songtrack
9. Sgt. Pepper (Yeah I know the historical impact and all of that, just never thought the whole album was very strong nor has it aged very well..MMT houses it and it's a compilation, so...)
10. Hard Days Night

I was never much of a fan of Rubber Soul.

Least liked Beatle song? Blue Jay Way. It's like the march of the crypt-keeper, or something.

The psychedelic backward tapes really make that a creepy song.

Dr. Robert is another waste, as is any song that features a sitar, but I'm sure Revolution #9 will get the most votes for that........it always does.
