Default It's already February

And the Chiefs still have no head coach.

Are they going to hire new front office personnel first? Are they still interviewing.

I know one thing: The Broncos FO and coaching staff are completely assembled tape and breaking down film. They are already bringing together their plans for this season while the Chiefs are in limbo. By the time they do get everything together, the Chiefs will be playing catch-up with the rest of the league.

But Bob told us that Shanahan was going to be their coach. Or is he still in Cabo?

I just heard on the radio here in Chitown that KFC has said Haley is the guy but that he is spurning them to go to the Pro-bowl 1st then meet with KFC.

WTF? Does he want the gig or not?

He is probably using "third party channels" to communicate with the team...

"huh... The Chiefs want me as their coach, eh? Well, first I've got to grab some Taco Bell, and maybe go for a walk in the park after that. Gimme a week or so, and I might be ready to talk about it."

How awesome was it that Schefter b**** slapped them on the radio? Even better, now WPI has no choice but to admit they are clueless as to what is going on behind closed doors.

They had a head coach last year? Well no wonder they blew so much last year, they were being coached on giving head. It explains a lot. Now if they could just find a coach that coaches to win the game, they will be just fine.

Its pretty smart actually. He saves face looking like he takes all games seriously. When in reality he doesn't want to touch that broken joke of a team with a 15' pole dripping with AIDS. Eventually they will get impatient and move on and take a stretch on someone like Leslie Frasier or Garrett. Just solidifying another extension of the suck that is KC.

Its genius.

You guys are all idiots.

First off, Bob has lost some weight. Has he mentioned that? Hence, his takes have more validity.

Second, the his source at the Circle K told him Shanahan is a done deal.

You're going to question that?

Idiots.

He writes for War Paint Illustrated damn it. That is the New York Times equivalent of online websites. I mean seriously his mom tells him that every night before she tucks him in and turns on his night light.

At least the new coach will have 25-30 2nd year players to work with next year, they won't all be rookies or 1st year Street FA's.

No he put them out of business. With the rising cost of food and the consumption rate of Bob it created a perfect storm and doomed them. So he had to move to Circle K.

Who wore #31 for KFC? Was that one of their castoff RB's? I didn't think Gannon or Steve Bono wore that high a #.
