Default Ray Lewis

With Nolan as our new DC could that bring Ray Lewis to Denver.Lewis and Nolan our reunite and the Broncos try and get a similar defence to the 2001 Super bowl team. The Broncos trade down in draft with the Lions for 20 pick plus 3 rounder. Broncos draft 1. B. J Raji 2. Greg Hardy 3a Donald Brown3b Derek Pegues. 4. Traded for Adewale Ogunleye. The Broncos sign Ray Lewis as a free agent 2 years 16 million.

Baltimore's not letting him go anywhere. Scott or Suggs are more likely FA candidates although I imagine DJ will be playing Scott's ILB position. Suggs would be a great signing but he won't come cheap.

Ray lewis isn't even the best LB on his team anymore. Been this way for 3 years. He's old and a convict.

Suggs ain't getting away from the ravens, they will pay. Scott ain't getting traded to Denver for DJ. Ed Reed will not be offered for a 4th rounder, niether will Ngata.

I can't imagine Ray Lewis playing anywhere but Baltimore for the remainder of his career. I know it's a rarity these days to only play for one team, but I think he just might do it...

Baltimore's not trading anybody. However, Lewis, Suggs and Scott are all free agents.

Age, it's a b****... Ray Ray isn't the same backer he once was.

Need younger legs in Denver.

Pass. If indeed the youth movement continues, let's just continue building through the draft and not waste money on veterans on the downside of their careers.

The only reason I would be against it is because of the age. He's still has some game left, and he's playing at a very high level, but how much longer is he going to be able to hold on? If this was a few years ago, like right after Al Wilson got hurt, I'd say do it in a heart beat.

They won the SB in 2000. Nolan became DC in 2001. Lewis is near the end of his career and totally not worth it for a team with a lot of young talent that needs to build long term.

The Ravens LBs aren't really guys I'd care to raid since they'll all carry a heavy price tag. I'd rather see us start drafting and building the front seven right, and use our FA dollars to land OJ Atogwae and if we really want to break the bank Namdi Asomougha to make sure the secondary is at elite level to go along with what will hopefully be a revised front seven.

I do hope Nolan can find and coach up another Adalius Thomas for us though. That dude is a freak.

Are you high? You can't possibly be serious if you think Suggs or Scott is a better LB than Lewis, even at his age. His training regime is off the freakin' wall and he is still one of the top 5 lbs in the league.
