Bowlen exploiting the black plight? - The Orange Mane

OK, Im not saying he is doing this with certainty but its something to consider. Ive read from numerous places that Bowlen wants to find an all 10s coach who will help him win a super bowl (according to his press conference) but he wants to pay them minimally...or so theyve been saying. OK, assuming this is true, has anyone considered that what Bowlen is doing might be predatory or exploitive because he knows black coaches feel the pressure to take positions, even if theyre not paid well, so they can advance the black cause (ie that there should be more black head coaches)?

Does anyone see this or are you still blinded by Obama Zeitgeist?

No, there Pommes Frites! You have it backwards. I said Bowlen wants to hire a coach who will work for less and the black plight provides an opportunity for him to do that as exploitive as it may be.
