It is amazing how this team has been depleted by injuries yet we are seeing some young guys step up, regardless of how the rest of this season plays out, we have a very bright future indeed. Players unknown before the season started that have been solid if not spectactular:
Royal (dark horse pro bowl receiver) Kern (Never heard of him before, young solid punter for years to come) Prater (Jason who?) Hillis (Riggins 2.0) Harris (seemed like might be dissapointing from last year, a definite surprise) Clady (better than advertised, btw he was advertised as some as the best OT in the draft) Robertson (Solid, improving as the season has gone on, question was his durability, question answered) Woodyard (Great motor, like the rest, great potential) Larsen (jury still out, but looks good) Not to mention the young all-stars already here (Marshall, Cutler) Remember this list when we evaluate Shanahan, he hit on a ton of talent in the offseason. GO BRONCOS! |
