senate has power of filibuster to block certain legeslation, but the democrats from all positions of federal power will be able to push through nearly any bill and funding project they desire.

only thing standing in there way will be a republican in the senate.

American has once again gained its reputation back. This is a step forward from the racist, elitist, arrogant Bush regime. Thank God our credibility is back. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a damn joke and an embarrassment.

for 2-4 years democrats will have their opportunity to make America the way they want to. If they don't capitalize for the better of people, they will undoubtedly lose the House and Senate by 2012.

I think we have a fresh slate to work from and we will likely be approached by many former neutral countries to open new lines of communications.

I only hope he passes those "tests" from other hostile nations.
