That call on Marshall's TD was just bad and heart breaking.

You know, Im not normally down on officials in the NFL. By and large I think they do the best with the rule set and game structure but this sure has been a down year for all of them all around.

I was talking to my cousin about this, there needs to be a head honcho upstairs reviewing specifically PI calls and you know, call down stairs and tell the field officials to keep or pick up the flag.

PI calls are just too backbreaking for teams to be unchallengeable and without a real review of them from up high.

Still, as bad as they have been, they are better than collegiate officials or any other sport IMO.

No sh*t!

C'mon, refs! Just be frickin' consistent.

It's demoralizing to have the game taken out of your hands by bad calls. WTF!

I completely disagree. Get rid of replay altogether. It has ruined the flow of the game for the last decade. Loosen the rules--let there be more contact, let things slide and only call the really blatant stuff. There will be missed calls, and incorrect calls, but it evens out. Let these boys play. That PI call on Marshall was just sad. Lots of stuff like that this year, and not just in Bronco games.

If you do that, you have the same problem that you have now. Fans complaining they got screwed but instead of a bad call, it was a bad non-call.

The technology is there for replay guys upstairs to say "Hey, that was a bad call, pick up the flag". Im not saying let them call fouls, but let them determine if the foul was indeed a foul.

There is no reason for officials to go to the sidelines. Bluetooth those ****ers heads and let the replay officials handle the calls in replay and specifically PI calls (whcih can be reviewed in a matter of seconds, well before the next play is ready to be run).
