I went and voted early today, and I just wanted to thank all of you regulars here for helping me make up my mind on who I should vote for.

So I voted for Obama simply because after all the time I have spent here the last few months lurking and reading your posts, I wanted to be part of history, I wanted to vote for the first black President ever, I wanted to vote for change that we sorely need right now, and I wanted to vote for hope...because there really isn't any hope right now in America. All of you regulars here always put things in great perspective, and in a very classy respectful way that I couldn't help but be part of it.

In all seriousness, why start a thread just to be a sarcastic punk? I mean I get the threads that have actual debatable, discussion points, but this was just seemed to be like flipping people the bird. Fun I suppose, but ultimately pointless (and also dangerous if you flip your finger to someone carrying a weapon). Just curious and tired of being so flippant, people think I am a mindless bimbo.

Well to be fair though,aren't all football players raging egomaniacs to a large degree. And frankly I wouldn't do any of them. It was all in jest and all of sudden I am tired of my smarta%% personality getting me into trouble. Think I may need a break. Guess it is good I am on vacation this week.
