I don't know, he got pretty wild at that Packers game we went to. Although the two of us must've looked like idiots when we were going crazy after Jay and BMarsh hooked up that TD.
By the way, I still voted for Jay as I think with equal talent around them I'd slightly take him over Rivers because of his ability to make plays with his legs. |

Cutler. Too soon to rank Ryan and Flacco.
I'm not sure Rivers and Manning are "young" in their 5th years. |

Well I voted based on right now. I hate to say it but right now Rivers is better than Cutler. Will he be in the future, I don't think so.

HA BMarsh actually neg repped me for my opinion. Sorry but Rivers has done more. The poll didn't say who would end up being the better player at the end of their career.

I picked Rivers for now but, in time I think Jay will be better. We need to stay healthy on O.

The last two weeks, Phillis has managed to kill his team at the most inopportune time with INT's. Cutler has tossed some bad ones as well. I have to go with Rodgers right now. The kid is steady and less erratic than the other gunslingers. |

Trent Edwards. No one gives him any credit and he's only in his second season and playing awesome. His team's record without him is pretty obvious. He doesn't have the weapons of Rivers or the Scheme of Cutler.

Be prepared to be neg repped by Madden boy BMarsh. But I agree with you. Right now Rivers is the better QB but he also has been in the league 5 years. Cutler at 5 years will be light years ahead of him.

not even that much experience. he is a starter for a 1 and 12/16 of a season. he has been in the league 3 years, but only has one full season and 5 games his first year, and 7 so far this year.

Jason Campbell, as sad as it is to say. He has been on fire this year, and has not thrown an interception since last December.

Cutler with Kubiak = The best without question.
Cutler with Shanahan = 4th or 5th best QB on this list. Kubiak > Shanahan as QB Coach, period. I went with Trent Edwards. Dude has done more with less than any QB on this list. |

I don't know, Marshawn lynch and lee Evans are pretty good. Plus they have arguably the best LT in Jason Peters.

I actually like Ben better than all of these guys. Among those listed, I like Trent Edwards and Rogers but voted for Edwards as he has done it over a longer stretch of games. I like them because they are calm under pressure, go through their progressions and have strong enough arm to make all the throws. Cutler's best is better than the best of these guys but I don't think he has been consistent enough over a 4/5 game stretch. I also like Campbell(0 int) and Ryan over cutler at this point.
I also like Rivers but would have to see him fully recovered from his knee surgery before making a call. At this point if you force him out of pocket it gets ugly. He never had the arm strength to make off balance throws accurately but now he can't even move so that makes it easy for defenses to defend. |
