This is horrible product when the NFL and refs try to emphasize strict rules.
The Seahawks laid low and didn't play with illegal contact as they have been accustomed to getting away with. All the other teams generally play within the rules, but are paying the price.

Its sad that refs still don't know what Defensive holding is.

Latimer might disagree. That long pass the defender was clearly holding latimers left arm pulling him down. No call. You are right refs do not know how to make those calls.

Giants | Trindon Holiday may not make the roster

New York Giants WR Trindon Holliday (hamstring) looks unlikely to make the team, in the opinion of Dan Graziano of ESPN New York.

Not a chance. It was a good run but time to move on from the risk he brought.

That makes three of our free agents struggling. KM is injured and may not make the team, Ayers is injured and struggling, Holiday is iffy to make the Giants.

QB Seth Lobato is getting a good hard look from the Dolphins. Seth was a walk-on QB at Colorado when little cody hawkins was starting because his daddy was the coach. When Seth had a huge spring game one year, daddy moved him to safety. Being 6'6", that's an obvious place for him, right? Anyway, he transferred to Northern Colorado and had a pretty good career.

Boy, do I miss dan and little cody hawkins.

It's really too bad. The kid is an amazing talent with the ball in his hands, he's just terrible at getting and keeping the ball in his hands.

I wonder if you could craft a kick return package where you put a guy back to catch and then hand the ball to Holliday. Means you have to let a guy run free but if you could set it up to have it not be one of the gunners and then your catcher was a sure enough blocker to lay the first hit... I'm kind of drunk again and a little stoned.

That's only half of his problem. He fumbles during and after the run.

The full solution would be to have a midget with good hands and can hang onto the ball receive the kick than Holiday picks him up and takes off.

No the Midget has a velcro suit and Holiday has velcro gloves, he can't drop him.

He can't even spike him after he runs one back.

Did you see him in coverage yesterday? Texans are awful. Foster will end up hurt. Johnson will end up pouting. Watt will be Watt and i'm sure Clowney will make some freak plays but will give up a bunch too because of his motor running hot and colt. The back four in that secondary are NOT good.

Yeah, no.

It was fun when he scored but it crippled the team when he turned it over.

I think we are going to see a lot of 80-70 yard drives this year which I am fine with considering the O we have.

Put Welker back there when we need to and use him up this year because he may not be back next year. Other than that one of the kids with the best hands should get the return gig this year.
