Caught a bit of the jags dolphins game. The jags helmets....It's different. I like the Dolphins updated logo/uniforms.

Tannehill needs more pt in preseason. It's good for OrtonBrock to get 3 quarters. Gabbert/Henne are just awful choices. Sanchez tosses another pick6. And the world continues to spin.

You're the head coach, dumbass, you better be watching and evaluating....although in his defense, he'll be watching it all on film.

That would be a solid addition to the Cowboys....Brian Waters can still play at a high level, but he's at a point in his career when he demands to be paid a high salary to do so.

Belly seemed willing to run it a lot last year vs us. Now without any consistent receiving threat I bet they pound the ball hard on the ground.

They were 2nd in the league in rushing attempts last year.

Ravens agreed to terms with WR Brandon Stokley, formerly of the Broncos.
Stokley knows Ravens OC Jim Caldwell quite well from their days together in Indianapolis. The 37-year-old appeared in 15 games and had 45 catches for 544 yards with the Broncos last season. Stokley isn't the answer for Baltimore's receiver woes, but it's a good landing spot for him because playing time is wide open. He'll compete with Tandon Doss and Deonte Thompson for snaps behind Torrey Smith and Deonte Thompson. The Ravens still need a big possession receiver to help replace Dennis Pitta and Anquan Boldin's vacated production.

I was kind of hoping Denver could keep Stokley stashed away on the side unsigned....and that way if Wes Welker got injured, he could step back in the slot and be a productive option that already knows the offense and has cohesiveness with Peyton Manning.

I am kinda surprised that he wanted to play another year. He had some great 3rd down catches and some sweet TD's but disappeared in games. There was no room on our roster. Type of guy you love to root for, hard working, come up with the big play at the right time, honkey, etc...

I'm not surprised that Stokley still wanted to play....he had the 3rd most productive year of his long career last season.

45 receptions for 544 yards and 5 TDs.

I was happy to sign Wes Welker as an obvious upgrade, but Stokley made some big plays for Denver last season.

My biggest fear about Stokley coming back for another season (if we hadn't signed Wes Welker) was his ability to stay healthy all season, as I felt lucky that he only missed one game last season being 36 years old.

I'm sure Brandon Stokley will help the Ravens out and convert some 3rd downs there to keep moving the chains.

Denver definitely got an upgrade with Wes Welker, but I appreciate the play of Stokley last season and think he is still capable of going and catching 30 to 40 passes for the Ravens, while notching another year in the NFL.

No surprise at all ... Stokely played on the Ravens' first SB team, member how Trent Dilfer took them all the way?

****. Didn't want Brandon to go there. Was hoping to have him as a fallback option in case we had an injury.

I love Stokes, always have during his two stints with the Broncos. That said, I hope the only thing he catches this year is some anal warts.

"The rest of the country saw what the Giants have been raving about when the rookie pass rusher known as "DaMonster" was virtually unblockable in Saturday's 18-13 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Moore blocked a punt, had four tackles, one quarterback hit and several pressures in addition to disrupting the Steelers' short-passing game."
