I've been looking around for a cool throwback (Elway, Meck, Atwater etc) and I have seen some that have blue sleeves. I don't ever remember any that had blue sleeves. Are they fake? Maybe used a year or two in the 70's?
Any help? Thanks. |

I have a Mitchell & Ness Sayers jersey, don't ask me why I have it.
Never even wore it, wish I knew a Bears fan to ah give it to. |

I wish they would make a old throwback for Cutler.

Next season happens to be the 50th Anniversary of Broncos football. i would expect to see a number of throwbacks worn by our guys next season and the marketing guys would probably want to profit off of that by releasing throwback Marshall and Cutler jerseys.

There was a time in my life that I didn't have $250 to spend on a jersey.
Now I do, and I think it's a little silly. Am I way off base there? (This coming from a guy with several reasonably priced jerseys.) |

doesn't Bowlen hate the old orange jerseys though? the NFL might want to see Denver wear throwbacks next season but I don't think Bowlen wants to see them again

I agree about the 250 dollars but I think I spent around 70 dollars for mine and it was still in the plastic. There are deals to be had if you look around a little bit.

I don't think so. Think about how many times you will wear it in a year. Even with playoffs if you wore it every game it's still less than 20 days a year. For me it's hard to justify $250 for something I won't use enough.

Yea, I suppose if you look at it as a life-long investment... it's not that bad. It just seems like with that $250, I could get a replica that looks great, and $150 worth of other Broncos gear... or a pair of tickets!

I got two. The first one an orange 75th anniversary Elway and the second a white / away 75th Anniversary. Both are legit but the orange one doesnt have the sleeves tapered like the away one for some reason. I think they are over priced. I would rather rock my replica Shannon Sharpe Champion Jersey from the mid 90's over Mitchell and Ness's any day.
