Default CBS4: Scheffler, Young have torn groins; Royal a high ankle sprain

Per tonight's report from Vic Lombardi. Said Scheffler and Young were out "indefinitely" while Royal is certain to miss this week's game and likely next weeks.

Torn groins?
That is what Steven Jackson had last year and it pretty muched ruined him for the whole year.

This just stinks
Why cant Scheff stay healthy?...........

Royal's the one we need back. Selvin, sad to say is a bit expendable -- especially if Torain can come one. Let Scheff sit for the next 5-6 weeks, then maybe contribute for the playoffs.

Yea, I think that's about it for Sheffler. I can't imagine we play games with this guy much longer.

Then again, the only guy worse than him is Nate Jackson, and it seems like he's been on the team for 10 years.

So who starts at RB? Pittman or Hall? If D-jack is healthy and Jackson can step up with Scheff out...then we'll be just fine.

Big blow to our depth though.

Actually, he said he had hurt it earlier in the game and that aggravated it.

Sheffler is going no where. We'll keep him for aslong as we kept Nate Jackson.

I recall Scheffler saying he's been kind of accident prone all his life. I guess injury prone too. This really sucks, this guys been hurt more then he's been healthy. If we didnt sh*t can Nate Jackson all this time I dont see it happening to Scheffler.

Scheffler is a near pro bowl player. The suggestion that we have to look somwhere else is absurd on its face. Yeah he does have a tendency to get hurt from time to time, but this is only his second major injury.

We are screwed! Here comes 18 passes to B Marsh again. We need Graham to step up, that would be the logical thing to ask for.
