Default VP Debate Biased?

http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=76645

She should be replaced right now. What's next, Karl Rove leading the next Presidential debate?

You should just keep her isolated until after the election, so the country can vote on her only merit: her looks.

As I am undecided as to who I am voting for, I'm like to see an impartial moderator.

It's not a book about Obama. It's about the civil rights movement and that Obama is a product of that. I don't have a problem with it. OThers will know if she is being unfair.

It's a pro Obama book. You honestly don't see a conflict of interest?

If anything this will cause her to be more leant toward the republican candidate for fear of being seen as biased toward Obama.

I must assume that in your opinion the only qualified moderator would be a robot.

...and in any debate during which Palin is questioned it should be a robot with a limited vocabulary and limited brain function (elementary should be the ceiling).

Not really. And like Garcia pointed out it seems far more about the black race than it is about Obama himself. Even with that the moderator is just there to ask questions nothing more. The way i kind of look at is if Palin is as good as everyone believes her to be then she will be fine. I think whats happening right now is guys like yourself are already trying to make excuses before anything has even happened. If your that confident in your canidates than dont make excuses, support them and stand by them.

They really should start making excuses for Cheney. If the last debate was any indication of the future, I believe he may "pop a gasket" during his next encounter with Obama.

No, but the moderator most likely shouldn't be releasing a pro Obama book on the day the President gets sworn it.

I would be saying the same thing if that hack Sean Hannity were a Mod for the same event.

I don't have a candidate genius. Here is an example of what I am affraid of:

The pro Obama mod hammering Palin on issues while setting Biden up with softball answers or worse.

I am all for this person writing a book about whatever she wants and whoever she wants...however she should not have anything to do with the debate.

I'm not even going to pretend.

My mind was made up about 3 seconds after the 2000 election, and nothing that has happened since has done anything to change it. I don't see any reason to watch the debate. The only way Obama could lose my vote at this point would be if he shows up at my house in a tutu, sets himself on fire, and chases my kids around with a bronze sledgehammer while singing "The Autumn Wind is a Pirate."

Ain't that the truth? Gwenn Ifill is a highly respected journalist for PBS and has been around for years. She has always been one of the more conservative voices on the Lehrer news program. If anything, she will be kinder to Palin than many others would have been. The Right should be happy that it's not Russert (RIP). He wouldn't have allowed any of Palin's incompetence to escape the light of day.

Maybe she just happens to be the only one available to do it. We dont know what the "mod" situation is there. Whether or not its a dem, repub, or indy i dont think it will be a problem personally. And i highly doubt Palin or anyone else is crapping their pants because of who the mod is. Im sure she knows how the game is played.

Have you guys been reading these articles about how Palin is an expert debater because of her ability to avoid questions and policy wonk? Ugh, i hope joey the shark jumps all over her when she tries it. I'm sure he won't for fear of "being mean," but it would be nice to see
