Default Solomon Wilcots defends Hall

He's saying Hall was playing the coverage he was assigned but is alluding to the fact that he was supposed to play off on Royal.

Perhaps this is true, but if so, it could mean good things for the big play in the future because if Royals performance was a result of playing soft, Monday night could dictate CBs playing up, in which case, we could start seeing more shots downfield.

Hall played up on Royal too, and Royal beat him in press coverage.

does the 'assigned coverage' also entail taking cheap shots and acting like an arsehole?

It could be a whole new type of coverage, the type where your ass covers as much grass as possible, because that is pretty much all Hall covered all night.

Yeah, Royal made him look bad and Royal is a rookie but maybe thats a credit to Royal. While I think Hall is overrated and overpaid, I dont think he is as poor as Royal made him look Monday night.

Kiffin left him out on an Island to make a point.

"Mr Davis, your overpaid CB should be able to cover a rookie, right??"

Then Eddie Royal is going to have a Randy Moss type season.

Interesting take, given how Kiffen and the undead transvestite Davis are warring.

It was quantum mechanics.

The Pauli exclusion principel states that 2 identical particles can not be in the same state in the same place. If we assume that Hall and Royal are actually identical and it wasn't because Hall sucks and Royal doesn't, then because they were both in California at the time (the same state) they couldn't be in the same place.

So really what happened was the Hall was just obeying the laws of quantum mechanics by not being in the same place as Royal.

(I am just fonecoing around here)

Kiffin has been candid about not having any say in who plays on the team.....and appears to be determined to get fired.
I'm sure Kiffin's contract has his butt covered, bearing in mind Uncle Al's history with coaches.
4th game and a few more comments should do it.
