Default McCain confronted on PNAC/9-11 connection

Heh heh heh!

For a man of his advanced years, Candidate McCheese is still pretty spry when it's time to play dodge ball...

Start your own thread - this one is about McCain's response to questions re: the PNAC/9-11 connection.

IF , you are going to quote navy lingo, GET IT RIGHT, that would be "the above bolded section" and 'eating a ham sandwich'. Don't let me catch you screwing this up again, keel hauling may be in order..... ...dman

Naw, I liked the way Michael said it, short and to the point. It was sort of
his catch phrase. He was sort of the only one allowed to say it.

I was wondering when some left wing nut job would implicate McCain with the 9/11 conspiracy BS. It's odd his name never came up until he become the Republican candidate.

It doesn't take a "left-wing nut job" to implicate McClone - he's doing a fine job in the interview all by himself.

Right, or is it that the left is running out of plays to run at the Republicans.

It's only a matter of time before Michael Moore releases a movie and book ripping McCain apart.

Why has the media spent every waking moment ripping apart Sarah Palin, but haven't delved into Obama hardly at all?

So you are denying the interviewer's claims about McCain's role in PNAC?

Do elaborate - this should be good.

The consiracy loser that possed the question tries tying McCain to 9/11.

I automatically dismiss that because I'm not one of the waco's that believe our government had anything to do with 9/11.

It's just odd that no one has heard McCain involved with this until he ran for President. Wonder why?

COULD IT BE TO SMEAR HIM?

Okay, so explain to me why we haven't heard anything about the recent success in Iraq, which is directly do to the surge...which Obama was against....but we've heard nothing but mud slinging about Palin?

I gaurentee if a bomb went off, killing people in Iraq, that would have made more headlines...

But then again, reported success in Iraq is bad for Obama.
Reported bad things in Iraq is good for him, reporting bad things about Palin are good for Obama...

Two words:

Selective Attention

I know it's not fantastic - BUUUUUUT:

Results 1 - 10 of about 1,710,000 for iraq successes with Safesearch on. (0.22 seconds)

Lots of "mainstream" news has run stories. As with food, information works the same way - you are what you consume.

Use the internet for the glorious tool it is - find lots of international media - find stories you may have missed because you only read "X" sites, etc.

I mean, things are so well in iraq, they are going to build a ferris wheel!!!

http://peeringthrough.blogspot.com/2...ye-on-you.html

AND

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/7591111.stm

A key province was just turned over to the Iraqi's.....

Now you stated that Iraqi successes were a "bad" thing for Obama - right? Actually, in all things - successes would benefit his agenda for "getting out of iraq". Failures could also be used to justify a position of getting out of the War on Terror.

See - what you have here is a dichotomy of two different ideals. Once is to spend the money abroad (what, at least 10billion/month) - and spend all that back here on social programs.

I can't tell you which is worse, because for me - each politician isn't going to do what is in my benefit - or get this country back on the right track.

But don't for a minute think there is some media black out on obama - that's horse****. There's enough competing "news" to consume - the only problem is that it's self perpetuating conditioning. You read and listen to enough talking points - it eventually reinforces that viewpoint.

The reason it's bad for Obama is because he was against the surge...which is now proving to be working. This fact highlights his lack of judgement in critical situations.

So whom has exercised "good" judgement in "critical situations"?

Also, don't want to address the "lack" of "news"?
