Alright, so my boss and I are trying to speed up the work days by playing games against each other.
Unfortunately, neither of us are net savvy enough to know how exactly to do this with some oldschool classic games, preferably monopoly or risk. Can anyone help out and explain how I can get a version to play him on his computer from my computer in a game like this? We'll settle for chess or any other recommendations you guys might have. And I know this will be moved since we're perilously close to the start of the season, just hoping it gets seen for some quick input. |

What you want to do is get Football Manager 2009, play it head to head, I prefer to start in the Scottish 2nd division, or the English 3rd Division, but if you want gratification fast, pick Premier league teams or Serie A teams. I used to do that 8 hours a day for 2 years when I worked at IBM, me and the guy at the desk next to mine.

Hey me and my boss do kind of the same thing except instead of online games he gives me menial tasks that rot my brain and waste my degree and make me want to die!
So umm, no I don't really know any good online games. Oooo, unless you can find scorched earth somewhere, that was the best game ever. |

WoW isn't a bad idea, except it would cost them money to play.
Maybe if you don't want to be a WoWhead, you could get Warhammer Online to play. Do a google search for net games or whatever, and theres a lot of websites that have games, and most of them have multiplayer games. |

We used to play "Ghost Recon" everyday at 3:31. The boss would leave at 3:30....
It was a blast. |

Hmm, several ways you can go.
if you use an Emulator for SNES, NES, Genesis, etc - some of them you can set up as netplay - so you can play mario, etc. Make sure you have a controller though - cuz the keyboard can suck after a while. |
