ESPN hate the Patriots? Ha. They love the Pats more than any team in the league. The fact is that they got caught cheating and with their recent success, it HAD to be reported upon. You think ESPN hates the Pats? Imagine in Shanny had been caught taping teams after 97 and 98. That would've been hate...

Had Shanny been caught taping teams in 97 or 98 the team would have lost ALL their draft picks for 2-3 years, would have had to forfeit their Super Bowl wins, and Shanny would have been run out of the league after having to pay an assload of fines.
The Pats got off easy and their fans are b****ing because they have much deserved bad press.

They sound like the family members of lifetime criminals crying "boohoo they were so good, it was one little mistake and now everyone hates us."

reading the 49ers board made me realize what poor coaching Alex Smith has received ever since he has been in the NFL.

Norv Turner leaving after one season and then Nolan hiring Martz this season instead of Cam Cameron (Cam runs the same offense Norv does and has a proven track record as an o-coordinator) was just a stupid move by Nolan.

Be happy we have a guy like Coach Shanahan who stole a franchise QB like Cutler in the draft after coming off of a 13-3 year and gives him a consistent offensive scheme.

9ers starting QB (JT) was the 3rd string QB for the Lions last year.

That was the correct move, but not many coaches would make that move after being 1 game from the SB.

Marshall, Cutler and Clady all are good foundations.

I used to read the Chiefs board all the time before the draft. That place was hilarious when you read threads that were actually about the Chiefs. Now most of them think Croyle will be the real deal... I cant wait until January over at the chiefs board.

It is funny but Duh Bear fans actually realize that the team has too many issues to even be upset about the downward spiral.

They have no O-line, they drafted a starting LT who is out on IR with bad back. They have turnstiles at Tackles.

They have no NFL caliber starting WR's, even worse than KFC before Bowie.

They are probably going to have to take Hester off the return team and start him at WR which takes away their field position and essentially removes him from the game.

They had 2 good TE's until Clarke got hurt but their Rookie TE is doing well upside here.

Their Dline is not what it used to be, MA is no Elvis at end, they have only 1 good DT.

Their secondary is weak.

I think they win 4-6 games this year.

This is why I am glad we have Shanny.
