Default Anyone watching the MNF game?

Hixon has already caught two spectacular touchdowns for the Giants...

Too bad he was too scurred to play hard for us. He should thank Shanny for cutting him. It lit a fire under his godly ass.

Also, those Cleveland uniforms are hideous. Those gross brown pants. These rival those Houston all red jerseys from our game last year for the worst I've ever seen. (too young for the brown & mustard vertical striped socks Broncos)

I really think they should go with Anderson this year and give Brady a while to learn the offensive system. Sending a young QB out immediately can be a successful option, but why do that when you have a serviceable, experienced guy to start... and to mentor your QBOTF? I really would have preferred Cutler to have at least one season to learn before taking over the reins... but Plummer's subpar performance that year made the QB change necessary. I don't think Anderson's gonna go into a total swoon....

I agree with EVERYTHING you said except for one thing. I really don't think it was plummers subpar performance that was to blame. We were 13-3 the year before, We were 7-2 that year at one point, and 7-4 or 7-5 when cutler took over? He pretty much gave up on the season with a winning record. Makes no sense to me. A veteran QB that was 13-3 the year before, and 7-4 or 7-5 that year despite a recent struggle gives you a way better chance than a rookie QB, especially one that played at a non-football powerhouse of vanderbilt. Not to criticize you or anything, jsut think shanny pulled the plug way to early on that one (and not that its cutlers fault) but we haven't been the same team since.....so maybe it wasn't so much Plummers fault as it was the offense/players/coaches!

Ack... I didn't mean to re-open the ol' hashed, rehashed, dead-horse-beaten Plummer/Cutler debate again, so I'll just agree to disagree.

Anyone watching this game will see what a real DL does on passing plays. That is what I want the Broncos to be able to do. Not this lame crap that we have now.

How quickly people forget how average the NY dline was in 2006 (22 total sacks from the D-line) and early 2007. What happened? They had the patience to wait on guys Like Justin Tuck and Barry Cofield, who were going into their 3rd and second years. When their comfort level caught up to their talent, it opened up opportunities for the whole line. Makes me glad fans don't actually sway decisions.
