Default Yahoo Gamepass HD for all misplaced Broncos Fans outside America

w00t... NFL Gamepass is now available in HD, with added features like following 4 games at once, DVR controls, access to archives all season long.. for $US 240..

This year I'm definitely going to buy one, with the Euro conversion rate this is absolutely worth it

Every Broncos game in HD, I'm absolutely thrilled

Suh-weet!

What's the deal with viewing HD on a computer? Do you need any special software?

no, you just need a broadband connection with at least 750 kbit/s and you need to install a plugin for your browser.. you can test if it works for you here:

Geez... the demo looks great! Danke schoen, Herr Helmchen!

If the regular season games stream this well, I officially have one less reason to move back to the states.

Gern geschehen

Last year they started the service (in various SD formats), and I believe in the beginning it was a bit rocky. But by now they should have worked out all the bugs and should know what kind of serverload and bandwidth requirements they have to expect. So I'm optimistic
Dang, can't wait for the season to start

also a bit off topic, I'm in Germany at the moment but have Sunday ticket + superfan back home (since I'll be home by week 3)...those ****ers wont block my ability to watch streaming games on superfan right?

yup, but I think you also need a billing address outside the States to set up the account in the first place.

ah gotcha. well that sucks if getting a bank account everywhere else in Europe is as tedious and ball-breaking as getting one in Germany.

don't know, but if they do you just need to shell out a few bucks for a quality proxy server in the US
Hanover would probably be the last place I'd like to be in Germany

touché....

ah but I'm not in Hanover Germany, I'm in Jena (Thüringen). Hanover New Hampshire is my permanent residence.

in any case, I'm excited about screwing over the NFL somehow and watching the games where I damn well please.

It's been about 12 years since I got my last one, so I can't really remember. But I guess it might be a bit more hassle if you are a foreigner.

But I think it's more the address than a bank account which counts in this case, to my knowledge you can pay only with credit cards anyway. So I assume you can just give them your current address in Germany and your normal credit card number. After that you just need to circumvent the ip range ban, but as you already wrote, you know how to do that

Ah, I see.. when I first noticed your residence I thought it was in the States, but when you wrote you're in Germany I assumed that it was indeed the Hanover here.

I think the NFL couldn't care less, it's the broadcasters you're screwing over

hmmm, yeah that makes sense. I doubt they check with the auslander office anyways!

but yeah, I got one this year....it took 4 snail mail letters and 2 weeks to finally have a working account (one for the online-PIN, one for the PIN, one for the TAN list, one for the card). GAH!
