He won't get the chance. I heard that it was going to the Ring of Fame.

DJ prefers 55. When Predator was wearing it he arranged to get the number for himself and has settled on it. Sorry to those of you who bought Williams 52 jerseys his rookie year and were hoping you didn't need to sell it on E-bay for $4.

DJ wore 52 as a rookie because of Chuckurwa wearing 55. Chuckurwah had to change to 54 in 2005 when Gold got 52.

How 'bout DJ just kicks somebody's ass this year? I mean, jacked up, highlight reel ass kickin'.
He needs to hang around with the little bad mother****er and figure out how to **** someone up. Give him Kircus' number for all I care. |

The team store is selling his #55 replica jersey for $29.99 in the clearance section...so it kinda makes you wonder.

I've got one. I consider it a 'throwback'.

DJ Williams just needs to make some plays this year. A few FF, an INT or two. That's not too much to ask, is it?

I think that's because of uniform and roster rules. Ii believe that since how his name appears on his jersey has changed, they have to keep making new Jerseys to reflect his "current" jersey. D-will made them include the whole DJ on the uniform since they both had D in their first name. So the full "DJ Williams" was on the back. After D-wil's death I think he went back to just Williams. Jack MF Williams will require their first initial to appear on the Jersey, so "D Williams" and "J Williams" will be the new ones. That means a lot of turnover on the old and the new. I'm just guessing, though.

Too long, MOTHER****ER would look more badass on the back of his jersey.
