Ehhh... it's not that interesting that credible sources are also sometimes crazy and have books to sell.

That's what I thought. I love the footage of the spec over the crop circles when crop circles have already been debunked and the people that made them (you know the people that couldn't possibly make them without advanced science) have competitions.

This seems like Larry had a slow news day and needed filler.

Obviously this means we really can't let Iran build nukes. The aliens will make them malfunction and the Iran won't know how to stop it like we did. This is good for McCain because he was a pilot and Obama isn't. Obviously these space faring aliens will appreciate McCains flying as they are also pilots.

the most discouraging part of all of this is the mistrust people have in their own elected government. that alone speaks volumes.

Obviously they'll especially like that he has crashed 4 jets and been shot down in a fifth. What a PILOT! We should all be so good.

Actually that's encouraging. This country was founded by people who had a grave mistrust of government.

Moreover, it is a pervasive culture in this country to not trust the government.

I damn sure don't trust them. Any of them. All of them are crooks.

First I know there is a God one who had to create it all but I know as well as big as the universe is and nothing claiming we are the only ones, I do think there is life some where else. On the other hand if they come here they are dumber then dirt because we are busy killing this planet, hell as much as I smoke and use aluminum (which I mostly ditch I am with most of America) and other natural resorces. I think there is life somewhere else but I doubt they can get here.

Been throwing out a lot of aluminum tonight, it appears.

That's okay, maybe the aliens are really using us as a sort of recyclables collection center.
They probably really are sucking all of the aluminum and steel and Heavy plastic items out of our landfills. The stuff with crop circles, and abductions and pestering our missiles is just to throw us off they scent..while they rob us of our valuable garbage.

They are taking Our DUMPS!

Stop the aliens!

It's funny to me people can believe wholeheartedly in God or some other superior being that looks down on us from the sky, but yet scoff at the idea of alien visitors. Which one is really more preposterous?

this has always astounded me. I have gotten a lot of heat for asking this very same question, too. It just goes to show you that people have no idea what they truly believe. if belief in aliens suited our selfishness more, it would probably be a lot more popular.

it has nothing to do with logic, it's a question of what comforts you more;
that there is one benevolent being that cares about everything you do, or millions of other species that eat, sleep, and sh*t just like you?

I choose to be reasonable when I am unsure(occum's razor usually works), and hence, am continually fighting over this with most people I meet.

it is very very very funny when you think about it having to argue it, though.
