From what I hear that if everything works out fine, Danny is planning to convert people by the end of the quarter. And as far as the raise goes and benefits, I think that takes place on your conversion. It really depends on your performance. Thank you.

How do i get converted into a permanent position? How do i go about trying to get a raise, or benefits? I'm just asking questions. I'm happy to have a job, but am looking for incentives to continue to stay here for another two years.

Thanks,

josh

Am I able to qualify for Paid Days off yet? Or are we still waiting for any transition to COMPANY?

Thanks,

Hello guys,

Please see information below regarding OT. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Subject:OT Policy
Importance: High

Please be advised that in 2009 XXX will be monitoring OT very closely. Thus, it has been told to me that ALL OT will need prior approval by either their Team Lead or XXX mgr. This has been relayed to the techs on their weekly calls but we may want to reiterate it to them. Also, some locations are required to submit OT request in an XXX OT tool. This is done as the manager for the particular region dictates. If the tool was implemented they are all aware through emails. To avoid any issues please make sure than any OT is pre approved and somehow documented in electronic form. This will avoid any issues with paying OT.

Thanks,

XXXXX

Default Sisyphus

In Greek mythology, Sisyphus (Greek: Σίσυφος [sí.sy.phos] ['si.si.fos] (help·info), Latinized: Sisyphus, (IPA: /ˈsɪsɨfəs/)), was a king punished in Tartarus by being cursed to roll a huge boulder up a hill, only to watch it roll down again, and to repeat this throughout eternity.

Today, Sisyphean can be used as an adjective meaning that an activity is unending and/or repetitive. It could also be used to refer to tasks that are pointless and unrewarding.
