Good frigging morning. Sitting here in my office at Cheesman Dam I noticed the Bald eagles have returned for the season to feast on the Salmon, Kokanee and lake trout.
I saw two of them on my last drive down to the dam. Gotta get a pic!! They are majestic creatures to say the least.

Also, ya gotta love the temps changing. Truck thermometer was down to 34 as I was passing through Buffalo Creek. YES!!!!!

Did ya cook up a batch?

I might do breakfast with some of my GC on sunday.

Wish you and Chica would come to our "one horse town" in the near future. It's been a while!

Actully I am picking up 3 bushels tomorrow that I ordered a couple weeks ago. This farm in Hatch trucks their chili's to a town close to me (The old owners were originally from the area) and people come and pick it up at the local high scholl where they roast them as well.

This is my first real Hatch experience so to say the least I am pretty damn excited

I would love to see pictures of that Leo. Birds of Prey (esp. Eagles) are a passion of mine!

Couldn't get any shots of the birds yesterday, but I have some from last winter when we were doing the foundation for the Valve control building.
He/she is on "Bad ass Mfer".

send me your email, and I'll send you a copy.

I hoping I can convince my mother in law to put one of them on "canvas" for me.

well, I love the cold temps. I'd be happy if it never got over 70 degrees, and as long as it doesn't drop below -20 for extended periods, I'd love it.
