Wow, awesome album. Much better then 10K Fists if you ask me. Not quite as good as their 1st (The Sickness) but I don't think they can ever top that. Still, I was very happy with this album. Every song is rock solid, gonna be lots of hits on this one.

I'm not really into hard rock too much anymore but what I do like about disturbed is they don't sacrifice having a melody just to be hard. So many hard rock bands forget that all great bands have melodies. Black Sabbath etc jumps to mind in the hard genre.

Could never really get into them, a few songs I liked.

Maybe just a little too mainstream...

I like the band, hate the singer. If I wanted to hear someone sing like Phil Collins, I'd listen to Phil Collins(who also blows)

Its on my mp3 player and the songs I heard were good. I have not listened to alll of it yet. I realy liked the 10,000 fist album.

What I realy want to hear is the new Motley crue and shinedown. Interested in what the old rockers will bring to the table and shinedowns last album was good. I want to see if they produce another good album.

The best metal album I heard in a long time is five finger death punch. check it out if you are interested in that kind of music.

Wow, comparing David Draiman to Phil Collins is about the most horrible comparison I have ever heard in my life. That's like saying James Hetfield of Metallica sounds like Graham Russell of Air Supply.

i went to coachella this summer and saw Roger Waters do Dark Side of the Moon. Even though it wasn't pink floyd, and given the fact that i'm too young to have had a realistic shot at seeing them live, it was still the best show i've ever seen. I'm also quite convinced that it was the best concert i will see for the rest of my life. 30 something years later and minus a handful of band members and it is STILL exponentially better than anything out there right now... that's both amazing and sad at the same time.

i've seen all the mainstream rock bands... tool, disturbed, korn, manson, ramstein, incubus, pantera, ozzy.. you name it.. nothing compares, not even close. Even the supposed non-mainstream bands that everyone knows about and are on all the radio stations... it's the same thing..

i'm sure disturbed's new album will make them a bunch of money.. good for them..

That must be why hes often referred to as the "metal" Phil Collins, huh? Its not just me. I didn't make it up fanboy.

One thing is you need to realize these younger musicians can't play all that well. Bands like Black Sabbath, Mettalica, Queen, LedZepplin, those dudes were great musicians and studied jazz and classical theory so they wouldn't be just avg players. Young musicians today just don't compare for the most part.

Also rock music as far as guitar goes has become way to much chugging out chords and not enough guys playing great leads.

Maybe it's time for you to listen to some jazz

It's Ok. I like disturbed, this just doesnt feel like they put the effort into it that they did on their previous albums.

When I heard he went Disney with the tarzan thing I knew he had sold his soul.
