Brandon Stokely is our #1? I'd be worried too if it were true.

This is really what the national media thinks about us. And they tend to get on these trips where they'll state something and then it will evolve until it's blown out of proportion. I hope they're predicting us last place by the time the season starts.

It's been pretty dumbfounding what a poor job these guys do in researching all the teams in the league. The past few years have been epically terrible. I'm not sure why they even call themselves journalists actually.

Lazy. The D students of journalism. Most of them only watch games for the hot team and even then they'll just repeat what everyone else is saying.

how can you call these guys anything other than highlight announcers? Michael Smith is quality but the other three are worthless Wingo is by far worse than any of them but Saun King and Allen suck just as bad

Pretty spot on. Stating the obvious.

I think Denver fans are being a little too optimistic about the team. There are quite a few questions on the team, especially on defense.

Is there anyone who can put consistent pressure on the QB besides Dumberville?

Can anybody stop the run?

Is the LB corps an upgrade with replacements that people don't know?

Can anyone replace Elam and do well?

Can Bly prove that he's not going downhill?

Michael Smith gave a very accurate assesment.

Atleast Eric Allen touched on the Run Defense being the primary problem.

The other two are blundering idiots

1. Chargers are in good shape.
2. Denver has HUGE problems
3. Kansas City is rebuilding
4. Oakland is outsanding in Pass coverage and they have made upgrades to the offense.

What a freakin' joke. Only Michael Smith has a head on him out of that group.

Spot on in some aspects you are. A little too optimistic? I don't think so. I was optimistic last season, but I had low expectations for the team, and 7-9 was not surprising. Defense was a mess.

If Moss is healthy, I believe he and Crowder both will do just fine.
We will be better against the run. You can hold me to this prediction if you want, and give me **** all season if I'm wrong(I won't be though). I do think the LB position is the biggest ? on defense. I know DJ will be fine at WLB and Boss will be solid at SLB. Can Boss stay healthy though? And who will start at MLB? What about the depth at LB?
Kicker is up in the air.....
Bly? ! He is the least of our problems on defense.
Look man, the defense is gonna be better. Slowik will turn this D around. This
crap reminds me of '05. Same ole, same ole ****. I guess we'll just have to catch the rest of the league slippin and prove everyone wrong. You'll see first hand when we stop out the Chefs both games. You kinda remind me of the video I just watched. You should work for espin

I think what they said, was not far off. I guess they assume BM sitting out in 08 . I think this team does have alot to prove and does have many question marks going in to 08. We will find out first 7 games how far we have come from last year. They were right this team needs more superstar talent esp DL LB S WR RB. I see us as a 8-8 team going in but, we might do better if we get consistant play across the board if not another subpar season in 08.

He's 30 and our second corner. It's not like we're paying a 36 year-old 7 mil like your sorry team.

It looks like them ESPN'ers are all over the AFC West. Scouts Inc ranks the offense and defense, and talks about offseason moves.

I don't pay for Insider anymore, but if someone who does feels like posting this article in full, please do.

Lol, why bother posting it? You guys are just gonna homer out about how stupid the writers are when they say that Denver is mediocre.

You're right. These guys are Pulitzer-worthy. They went in-depth to figure out that Brandon Stokley is our #1. Great stuff.
