Its a bad Fetzer Valve. Everything is Ball Bearings these days. Some 3 in 1 oil should do the trick.

You just gotta adjust the Heisenberg Compensator, that should do the trick.

Might be the flux capacitor. You do need 1.21 Gigawatts. Only Lightning and Plutonium produce that.
