Asking which five shows are the most damaging is like asking which five candies rot your teeth the quickest. Its pretty much a toss up.

Although, if I had to go with one, I would go with the American Idol. That is dullardsville central. Worse, people actually think that is musical entertainment.

Just check your local stations for any shows listed between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. That should cover it.

Unless you know the answer to every single question they've asked in every episode so far, you can actually learn something watching "5th Grader," so I would leave that one off.

OT: Show I started watching in reruns and i really like is the Bernie Mac Show. Very funny show. I hope it is still on Fox for regular shows.
