I just found out that NDSU scheduled its 5th FBS game in 3 years...amen. Where are all the Wyoming fans? Seriously are there any wyoming fans? I wanna go watch the game...looking for reccomendations on places to stay and such.
Also this is NDSU's first year eligible for the post season in D1 sports, 1st season in the gateway conference or Missouri Valley Football Conference...not sure which it will be called. Anyway...the biggest game of the year will be @UNI and avenging our lone loss to SDSU. |

Ah UNI...I remember going to their games when I was a youngster. I think it used to be called the Missouri Valley Conference, but I'm not 100% sure all I know is I have a hard time finding UNI in the basketball standings because I keep forgetting what the name of the conference changed to.
As far as football games I'm looking forward to its gotta be Ohio State v. Michigan. Lets see if Rich Rodriguez can get a win against the only game that really matters on the U of M schedule. |

Might be more games that matter soon. Reports are that Michigan State has verbals from the top five players in Michigan and are at the top of the list for 5 of the next ten.

Of course the non-conference showdowns. Too many good matchups to choose from, but if I had to pick one it would be West Virginia and Auburn in late October. That's ballsy. Two programs like that typically wouldn't meet in the middle of conference play.
August 30: Alabama vs. Clemson (Georgia Dome) Fresno St. at UCLA September 6: Miami at Florida Tennessee at UCLA September 12: Kansas at South Florida September 13: Ohio St. at USC Arkansas at Texas(SWC rivalry!) Oklahoma at Washington California at Maryland Oregon at Purdue Wisconsin at Fresno St. September 17: Kansas St. at Louisville September 18: West Virginia at Colorado September 20: Georgia at Arizona St. Miami at Texas A&M September 27: Virginia Tech at Nebraska Colorado vs. Florida St. (Jacksonville) October 23: Auburn at West Virginia |

The West Virginia game in Boulder. USC/OSU probably is the biggest game on the College FB calendar right now, but I canīt wait to see how the Buffs match up with a team like West Virginia.
Georgia in Boulder in 2010 is the game I am really, really, really looking forward to. |

Cant wait to see Ohio State vs. USC early in the season, might be a #1 vs. #2 match-up depending on the preseason rankings.

I could see CU going 8-4/7-5 this year. They are a little above average squad that really relies on the defense. If the defense showed up last year, they usually won. When it didn't, they were lucky to pull out a win. Big 12 is going to be interesting this year. Personally, I think Kansas got freakin lucky to get where they were last year. I mean, when your toughest games are against Texas A&M and Colorado outside of Missouri, you aren't facing a very tough schedule, because those were average teams last year. Missouri I was more impressed with, but still think they aren't an "elite" team. OU probably won't be as close to a NC as they were last year, but should do pretty well. I really want to see how Sam Bradford does in his 2nd year, the kid fared pretty gosh darn well his freshman year. Texas will be interesting to see how they respond as well. Personally, I'd love to see them go 0-12 ![]() Nebraska, nobody cares for, and I hope they go 0-12 as well. |

Are you kidding me....doh...I miss going to baseball games. But this team just ain't ready for D1. My old advisor was the manager, but got fire/quit/found a better job. But he was a good D2 recruiter, but couldn't find the quality kids and the administration doesn't fully support the program. Its really a sad story. Didn't see that it was a no hitter, just saw they got swept.

I was impressed that he could still get the ball across the plate. It was the home opener. I was told there were 180 people there at teh beginning and 70 at the end.
