Default Thanks, G-Men for a Little Slice of Justice

...and for putting this guy (the current holder of the title of "Sports Columnist Most Likely to Force Me to Take My Business Elsewhere"...I never thought it would be possible to steal that title from long-time champion of the award Skip Bayless) in his place:

In his pregame prediction, Belicheat-propping, propagandizing, Patriot-lover and unabashed Boston sports fawn Bill Simmons had absolutely zero shame in using his position to try to prop up the Pats in his pre-game predictions, saying that the Pats would stomp early and often on their way to a 42-17 victory.

Enjoy the loss, Bill.

Go write some apologetic garbage trying to salvage what's left of the Pats after Spygate pulls the rug out from under everything they've ever accomplished.

If the Celtics get to the Finals and lose, will Bill Simmons kill himself? Seriously...

Simmons hates the fact Shanny has a 5-1 record over his beloved Belicheat.

Always tries to bring up the post-Elway crap, oh yea Bill, the 2 loosing seasons in 9 years?

telluride would love Simmons.

By G-Men, I thought you meant when Golden State ran those gutless b****es from Dallas out of the NBA playoffs with ease last year.

That would be pretty harsh.

I have to say, that aspect of the modern era Broncos is most enjoyable.

The Patriots represent nearly everything that I dislike about today's sports, and to have our relatively small-market Broncos dominate them and their entire east coast contingent (including the Bristol people) is satisfying.

I think that you have missed the point of Bill Simmon's articles. He has never tried to hide the fact that he is biased toward his Boston teams. He is the Sports Guy, and writes for more humor and just enjoyable reading as opposed to real insight into the sports world. It would be like us writing for ESPN.com about the Broncos.

Based on the offensive show the Patriots displayed this season, that was probably a pretty safe prediction. However, he didn't take into account that the regular season meeting between the Patriots and the Giants wasn't an anomaly. They almost got the job done last time, and they actually DID get the job done in the biggest game of the year.

He can be funny, but it gets annoying when all you talk about is the Pats, Red Sox, Celtics, and Bruins. Just another Ma$$-hole who is probably living in a cardboard box and sending in his articles from a Commodore 64 now after betting the farm on the Pats.

It felt great to win 20 bucks on the Gmen. I bet Raiderssuck's mom a 20 spot straight up. She was talking smak and challenged me to a bet. Sweet old lady but I have no shame in taking her money since she was such a shiat talker.

I did a spur of the moment bet five minutes till kickoff.

I had a gut feeling that NY would win, it felt really good to see it play out the way it did.
