Default Question for GOPers here

And also for Hillary haters.

If Clinton is the next President, would it be a disaster for the U.S? If so, why? What is it about Hillary Clinton in the White House that would cause Fire and Brimstone in the skies and have the four horsemen of the apocalypse riding into downtown Washington?

Heh. Thanks Spide. We'll see what our friends have to say on the topic. I have some opinions here, but I'll wait for some responses first.

I would be OK with her in there if we had the House and Senate. Then we have gridlock, nothing gets done, and the lib agenda doesn't get pushed through.

But I'm talking her as opposed to Obama or Edwards. What, specifically, about Hillary is so repugnant?

I dislike Hillary because she's power-hungry. It's not that she's a woman, or her (sometimes) last name is Clinton.

What "lib agenda?"

Can you be specific re: key issues where Hillary's position is decidedly liberal?

Are you one of those righties who believes she is just running a bait and switch, i.e., is running from the center-right but plans to unmask some sort of liberal agenda once elected?

If this is the case, then why are Bush's Pioneers and Rangers (and so many other big donors who normally back republicans) putting their money behind her? Do you think these people are stupid?

HillaryCare, Tax Hikes, don't trust her on immigration 1 damn bit, her hippie years, and the biggest one of all, the Supreme Court. Don't want anymore Ginsbergs or Bryors in there.

Although I think the exception is the war. I highly doubt any democrat that would get elected would do a complete pullout of our troops. Which would allow guys like you to still bash her. And the reason she wouldn't do it is because she doesn't want defeat pinned on her if Iraq were to go into complete chaos due to a pullout. It might just kill her politically.

Yeah I think she has been running a general election campaign for 6 years now.

yes. But I'm starting to think about conspiracy theories with Bush/Clinton though. If she gets elected, and reelected, that will be 36 straight years of Bush/Clinton.

OK, this is my first almost answer to this question. You think she would ruin the health care system, raise taxes, put liberal judges on the bench, and be soft on immigration. From your point of view, wouldn't Edwards and Obama do the same thing?

So, is she the worst of the possible contenders in your eyes? Is Obama or Edwards a lesser evil then Hillary? For example, I really don't want a GOPer in there, but if I had to choose one it'd be McCain. If you had to choose one of the three Dem contenders, who would it be?

If she is the worst choice of the three, why is she the worst?

Just say no to Bush/Clintons. We need fresh ideas in the White House. If it absolutely must be a Democrat, hopefully it will be Obama or Edwards...

Technically, those years shouldn't count toward the total he provided, but based on what we know about Poppy, you may have a valid argument.
