I said "for some." You cannot speak for how 100% of the population feels about Marshall's comments re: Denver fans. It is your opinion that he was correct in what he said. Many folks (including fans and season ticket holders here - who both stuck out and left that game early) disagree. |

Then you show such a high amount of confidence in the legal system in regards to his DUI but no amount of confidence in the legal system in regards to the "domestic dispute". So which one is it? |

I thought this thread was pretty much a wrap around page three when it was confirmed that PFT was wrong (like that really needed to be confirmed). Now it's up to 9 pages?!?! This place has gone crazy.

I believe there was a video showing Pacmans "brawl" which sufficed as enough evidence for the Comish to suspend him! The domestic dispute was obviously resolved by ordering Anger Mgt. classes, which in itself implies guilt. If he wasn't guilty of the infraction, I highly doubt he would attend classes just for the hell of it! The DUI issue can and probably will be reduced to a DWAI if it was his first infraction, but pleading to the lesser charge will in turn prove he was guilty. DMV, on the other hand has strict guidelines regarding the issuance and revocation of drivers licences when any proof of impairment is shown! |

And I think a conviction of Rod Smith for more severe charges leading to 2 years of probation and 36 weeks counseling is a REAL implication of guilt... I'll restate my point nice and slow for you since you're not that bright... when Brandon Marshall is suspended or convicted by anyone for whatever reason, then it will be fair to label him a "problem". When Brandon Marshall becomes even a minor issue for the locker room or throws a teammate under the bus, then it will be fair to label him with an "attitude". Until then, you've got nothing. Is DJ Williams an attitude problem? He got a DUI. Is Rod Smith? He was convicted. So why not lay off the kid until you have an ACTUAL reason? |

How many times does he need to get "arrested" convicted or not...to prove that he has issues? You're saying the because he hasn't been convicted his arrests..."issues" are not a problem. I say that it has to do with character...how long before Brandon's "arrests" do get him into trouble yet again? Rod learned from his...Brandon has yet to prove that he has. |

OK Master! Marshall IMO has been "convicted" Domestic abuse. If he had'nt he would'nt have attended Anger Mgt. Classes. PERIOD! Marshall did call out the fans! "A classless act by a ROOKIE"! Marshall was thrown into DETOX. He was driving under the influence of alcohol. If he was not under the influence his lawyers would be filing "false imprisonment" charges against the County! HE IS GUILTY IMO! You have yours, and I have mine! Rod Smith isn't the topic of this thread, nor is Pacman. I don't condone Rod's actions, but he learned and changed. That's all I would expect Brandon to do. If not, ****CAN HIS ASS! Last edited by TailgateNut; 12-18-2007 at 03:41 PM.. |

Why would they send him to anger management classes if not guilty of something...and gee, I wonder why he is being charged with DUI if his blood level did not have above the legal limits of alcohol in his system...re: DETOX! |

He seems to think Brandon attended Anger Mgt Classes just for fun! He also seems to think that Cops just grab you out of your vehicle and throw you into DETOX for no apparant reason. If I am charged with something I'm not guilty of, I fight it to the bitter end. I don't give in to the whim of the court! ....and you damn sure are not throwing me into a detox cell if I haven't broken the law. |

Right because Shanahan certainly waited for the conviction before dealing with the recent Sauerbrun incident... oh wait...

You're so clever! Why not go back to being a make-believe fan and then **** talking the players that are giving effort for no reason.
I've met AIDs patients with brighter futures than you. |
