Honestly, I am all about the path of least resistance, when it comes to things inconsequential. If it bugs some people to have to say Merry Christmas, then Happy Holidays it is. I don't care, and I really don't think God cares. If people want to get worked up over something that minor in the big scheme of things - well, Happy Freakin' Holidays!

I say Merry Christmas. It's not a "thing" for me though.

"Have a happy holiday" is what usually blurts out of me if I can't get away with a simple "You too" when it's said to me..but I can honestly say that there's no agenda or anything like that behind it, it's just the first thing that pops into my mind in regards to the season.

I hope that the video doesn't signal the return of that whole "war on Christmas" horseshat...I can't imgine anything more foolish than that whole thing was.

There's nothing wrong with Merry Christmas. We've de-emphasized the Christ in Christmas, anyway. It's all about Santa Claus, presents and commercialism at this time of year. If we ever get back to the TRUE meaning of Christmas, the PC police would have a beef. There's no "separation of church and state" at work here if you say Merry Christmas because it's not about that...

Agree. It's usually Merry Christmas for me. What the H E double hockey sticks difference does it make anyway.

There was something in the news about mall Santas being trained not to say Ho Ho Ho because it could be offensive to women. What a crock of PC ****.

It's Merry Christmas for me.

My son's preschool will be having their Christmas show today and one of the songs he'll sing is about the baby Jesus.

Once we're done participating in all this Christian frivolity, however, we'll have our traditional Atheist meal of grilled kitten and bbq'd baby. Then we'll re-laminate our Evil Atheist Conspiracy cards.

MERRY CHRISTMAS, folks!

I was at a outing last night where kids could see Santa and ask him for what they want...Santa was instructed to say "What would you like Santa to bring you for Santa day" instead of Christmas, I almost had a stroke, I couldn't belive it...

The parents should've instructed the kids to say that he could bring them whatever the hell he wanted on Santa day, but he damn well better be sure to bring them lots of toys on Christmas.

here in the great white north of canuckistan, christmas trees are banned in governemt buildings, yet at the same time seperate rooms have to be built for for some people to pray, the worst part is its not the people using the prayer rooms asking for them its the rest of us so worried about pissing them off that we go out of our way to sacrafice our rights to make sure we cater to them, and its got to stop.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

MERRY CHRISTMAS
I never understood the hypocrisy myself. "We can't verbally or visually acknowledge that religious holiday, but don't call us. Our offices will be closed." You want to truly separate church and state, then keep your offices open. See how many employees complain then.
