Off Topic, but....
depends on what you like as games. if you like FPS, then 360 all the way. if you like RPG ps3 is more the way to go (althought, with mass effect coming out....might change). I own a wii/360, and i love both and use them all the time. ps3 has a great machine, just no games to play. metal gear4 just got pushed back to middle/late next year so there really isnt anything to play on it. 360 games mass effect, halo 3, bioshock, forza, and pgr4 are all games just for it that are great. ps3 games heavenly sword, resistance man, and..... thats about it. |

I own all both and don't have the time to play either. I justified the PS3 in my mind because of the blue-ray player.

I have a 360, am getting a Wii, and will probably eventually get a PS3 when better games come out for it.
I love the 360 controller, Live experience, and game selection. The wii is going to be much easier to play with my family though, and this is a bigger part of my gaming experience than it used to be so I have to get it this Christmas. The PS3 however looks more attractive with the smaller price tag and while it doesnt have many games out now, does have the potential to put out some fantastic games. |

That was the case last generation, but not to much anymore. All the PS3 has(RPG wise) that 360 doesn't is Final Fantasy.

X Box 360 ,only reason is the 360 is a much tougher system , takes alot more abuse , and alot of abuse happens inside an 18 wheeler

Why so pessimistic? Besides, MS fixes it for free, they know and none of the new ones seem to have the same systemic issues. |

I've got PS3. Its true that the game choice is limited but I only can play one or two at a time anyway. I've found a few that I think are very cool and that keep me interested. I have to say I really like it and think that the future is bright.
