Exxon Still Fighting Valdez Judgment
I was shocked to read this. Whatever happened to "Justice delayed is justice denied?" We're coming up on 20 years. Many of the plaintiffs are dead. And yet Exxon is still willing to pay lawyers and bring this crap onto the SCOTUS docket rather than simply pay off what equals about a week of profit for them. A lesson for us all: Greed has no limits.

It's their right to contest the findings and results of other courts. Further more how many weeks profits for them is of no consequence. They have already paid 3.4 billion in clean up.
