I assume you're taking a shot at the other "appreciation" threads. But you know, seriously, long snapper is one of those jobs where you can do your job perfectly for years and nobody will say anything. So I guess the fact that we haven't heard Leach's name in a long time (at least that I can remember) must mean he's doing pretty good.

Often times he's the first one to get to the PR on punts. So thats either great hustle by him, or the S/t's suck that bad. I think its both.
