I wish I could get this game....I am having to follow it on ESPNNEWS, as they sometimes show parts of it from time to time, just saw the 2nd goalline TD after FSU apparently turned it over...they put MSU/OSU on ESPN2 instead of UM/FSU and I get the stupid local UCLA/CAL game on ABC.

Florida St. with a sack on Wright but with a penalty. And Wright is down with a injury.

Freeman gives it back by throwing a Interception of his own. FSU ball with 1:21 left in the first half.

I will be a very happy man when I no longer have to turn the TV on to the sight of anyone named Kyle Wright or Kirby Freeman at QB for the Canes.

How times have changed when virtually nobody seems to care about a Florida State/Miami game ...

Both clubs are definitely a far cry from what they used to be. Add to that the rest of the ACC is catching up adds fuel to the fire.

Feels like they have been there forever. Dorsey is a distant memory.

We have not had good QB play for a long time...Berlin was solid in the second half of his senior year, but really, its generally been below average to terrible at any given point of time from the start of the 2003 season till now.

What do you suppose is the big hangup there? The Coach? The pub that Miami gets regarding character players or just the times changing?

Some coaching, but mainly the guys we have recruited just aren't players. They ended up being busts. Which is sort of surprising, Wright was a five star and the Co-No. 1 QB in the country his senior year (along with Chris Leak) and went to the Elite 11 camp. Kirby was also an Elite 11 participant and a four star. It hasnt helped that we have had a new OC every year for the last 3 or 4 years, but they just arent that good anyway.

True. I think that is sort of the Broncos issue as well. We change assistant coaches every year or so. No chemistry can be built up.

*Smith had a nice run for FSU. Than there was a fumble and Miami recovered. Its going to be reviewed. Might have been on the ground.

Turns out the players knee was on the ground. FSU ball at the Miami 10 or 15 yard line.
