I wouldn't give the points, but I think the Chargers win this by 3-7 points.

The Raiders have a very good defense and Culpepper is getting the offense in scoring position. 9.5 points is way too many points, IMO. The Chargers might win, but not by that much...

Oakland has a good running game but a pathetic passing game. A bad matchup for a Charger defense who is still pretty good against the run but horrible against the pass.

And to boot, Oakland's defense doesn't look as impressive as it was last year.

IMO, this has the making of a blowout.

I completely agree. Denver came out swinging against oakland before playing soft in the 2nd half. San Diego is a very talented team, with a confidence boost in a clicking scheme that wants to come home and show the home fans what they can do. Mix in personal despise for the Raiders, cook at 425 for 60 minutes, remove from oven and you have a 20+ point win.

Ok, so it should be a pretty close game. I did not see that. I suppose I should stay away. I figured you guys would have the best idea since you played us both thanks

3-7 points.... Because the Faider are not the Broncos. If you have been watching them play this season you would have noticed that EVERY team runs against us with either their #1 RB or with #1 sitting on the bench.

The resident Raider Fans will be here to feed you raw crow... You're more delusional than some of the donkey fans Get your personal petition to hire ****tyheimer ready.

Our passing game isn't pathetic, it was in the hands of a QB that didn't have the accuracy and skills to execute the passing game... Take a look at the Broncos game where McCown missed Jerry Porter and other WR's when they were wide open.

This is the delusion that runs rampant around here... The donkeys came out and played soft... or did Kiffin crank up the running game against your ****ty defense? The biggest factor in this game is on the sideline... Kiffin will find a weakness and step on the gas... Norv is a p***Y... case closed!

Wow.

I think you're playing the SD team that spanked Denver.

You're also playing them in their house after being upset by KC.

They're going to destroy Oakland.

Chargers will win easily. They'll also run away with the division. Talent, in the end, usually wins. The AFCW, by the way, will finish:

SD
Oak
Den
KC

Culpepper hasn't exactly been setting the world on fire lately.

Their house is traditionally our house... There are more Raider Fans in De Eggo. Who cares if they spanked denver... Any team in the league can spank denver right now.

He played a Game and a half this year... In his game against Miami there was no need to put the ball up in the air... 299 yards rushing is enough to beat any team. I expect to see Bellpepper put up decent numbers...

Rhodes will catch a lot of swing and screens... Miller and Madsen will have a number of catches... they have been peppers biggest targets and they can out run LB's Rude awakening for De Eggo this week.

It's a division game and in the AFC West, that means a dogfight. And there's the "any given Sunday" angle, too...

The Chargers would be stupid to overlook the Fade just because they got the #1 overall pick this year.

I am considering putting some money on Oak, not sure they win but I think they will keep it closer than 9 1/2.

I'd stay away from betting on this game. 9.5 is a lot for a divisional rivalry and SD has been inconsistant to say the least this year. SD could blow Oakland out like they usually do, or they could shoot themselves in the foot. Warren is a beast in the middle.

...and from my argument with 400HZ about Warren in the off-season:

He was 100% worthless against double teams, and he couldn't penetrate even when he wasn't double teamed. He took a LOT of plays off, even obvious run downs. The guy never even came close to making plays. The closest he came was when a guy would be wrapped up and then he'd lumber over and dive in, without wrapping up, and usually knock a few tacklers off the runner. Wasn't he the one that messed Wilson's neck up? Classic Big Money action right there. And Sam Adams? Please. He's good for maybe 20 snaps a game and has zero ability to collapse the pocket against a halfways decent O line. From where I'm sitting, your DT combo looks pathetic, yet they keep getting pimped up by you donkey fans. Please explain.
