Default Henry through November?

The Rocky Mountain News reports that Broncos RB Travis Henry was excused from practice Tuesday to fly to New York and challenge his positive drug test. It is believed that Henry has agreed to a hair test and a lie detector test. If Henry is found guilty in court of failing the drug test, it is expected that he would appeal, reports the Denver Post. Thus, the entire process might take as many as five weeks to get settled, and it is expected that Henry would be allowed to play that entire time, but that's if the NFL doesn't step in first.

I read the blurb in Denver post. Said that he is contesting on grounds that it was 2nd hand smoke.

Great another rich athelete that cannot stop hanging around places where people are smoking weed. Great life choice.

The NFL would probably suspend him on those grounds. he is a previous offender and part of that rehab program is not associating with persons who break laws. I think Chris Henry and Ray Lewis were suspended for actions they were not directly involved with, but members of their group were.

Why is he even around people who do smoke?

Stay away from them, this is your future here in the NFL.

If someone told me that Id have to give up everything I liked and spend 5 years on a dessert Island and get millions of dollars upon my return, id do it in a heartbeat. these guys get to play an awesome game, be huge celebrities, and live in comfort to earn millions and all they have to do is stay away from a couple taboo items, and some are too selfish or stupid to do that.
