Should have taken the quarter of a million and walked away.

The guy was definately caught up in the excitement, as most of the contestants are. The NFL players egging it on sure didn't help. Atleast he made the smart move & quit with 189K. The wife had to be the weakest link of opinions I have ever seen. And to discuss their huge debt their family has, cracked me up since the wife didn't care when to quit when large amounts of money was on the line.

To be honest....I would've had a tough time passing up the $50K + the pimped out Denali + the "NFL Dream Package" they offered...even with all the big numbers up there. Mrs. Bean said she would've been ok with me stopping there, even before they added in the $50K in cash.

I love how all he talked about was what a HUGE fan of the NFL and the Colts he was, yet he passed that package up pretty quickly.

Talk about a real b*tch for a wife. "If you can pay off your debt with that, then you can say deal." How much student loan debt could the guy possibly have that $50K wouldn't have covered it? Worst case, sell the Denali and you're looking at close to $100K total to pay off your debts. He's not trying to pay off law school or medical school. He's an Assistant Principal in Indiana for cripes' sake.....

And how is it that he's in so much debt, but can afford a personal trainer. Ridiculous.

Sorry for the rant, but that couple really bugged me last night.

I have two friends who work on deal or no deal. They work in production, and see models trying to get on the show all the time. They are directing them to me for photo shoots. Telling them that we have connections. Yep, there is always a plan that leads to the same thing.

Deal or No Deal is arguably the most despicable show on TV. Not only has it single handedly set the feminist movement back 30 years, its a vehicle to show the incredible greed in humanity, as well as the lack of basic mathematical skills that exist in common man/woman. Ugh. And Howie Mandel's bald ass head annoys me

Anyone that implies that it is somehow wrong to stare at 26 hot models sporting NFL jerseys for an hour is itching to find their way on my ignore list....

I'm pretty sure the guy last night is going to divorce that wife. What lousy advice/guilt she laid on him.

In any case, he completely blew the decision-making. Odds dictated that he take the 237k, but once passing it up, odds dictated that he go all the way. Once you have a better than one in four chance at the million, you keep going.

I felt bad for him, actually. Seemed like a good guy.

Also, man do I dislike that smarmy Marcus Allen.
