my last dog, elway, passed away about 2 months ago, massive internal bleeding, he was an 11 year old golden retriever. so we are talking about getting a new dog, i think we are gonna name him cutler
so damnit jay, you better stick around for awhile, i dont want my dog named after a jets quarterback in 7 years. |

I got my mother a chi hua hua just after the first Super Bowl win and named him Tyrone after Tyrone Braxton. I don't really think the player has to be around for a long time as long as it's a good name.
How about naming him Henry? As long as you promise to have him neutered... |

The name "Hixon" just oozes machisimo.
And also, if another dog runs into it, it'll bounce right off. Your dog will be tough, and apparently made of steel. |

Champ is a good name, my buddy named his cat Jake, so when we went to Jay, it was fairly easy for the cat to transfer.

Cutler is a great name. I get a feeling from watching that Jay is going to be around for a long time, barring injury. He will lead this team as long as he is healthy. He has skills that I have not seen since the ladder part of Elway's carreer. Call your new dog "Cutler".

We're getting an English Bulldog as soon as my daughter starts walking - I'm guessing it will be around Christmas. An English Bulldog just has to have an ironic name. I am always open to suggestions.
Don't mean to hijack your thread, though. By all means, go with Cutler. |

I guess you can name him Cutler, but in my opinion Nails is a good name for a dog.

I think Cutler would be a great name. I have my German Rott that I named Deacon, after Deacon Jones. I plan on naming all my dogs great old football names my next one is to get an English bulldog and name him tombstone, Dom if you want it you could have it.

Pick something iconic, that will never change.
How about "Predominantly Orange." |
