I'm watching the giants cowboys game, Droughns keeps going in at FB and madden seems amazed by this and comments on it all the time. He must have covered a broncos game even the retarded brittish studio guys know Droughns played FB

The game seems to have passed Madden by somewhat, but I still like how he focuses on the players in the trenches. Al Michaels is really good, too.

My favorite team is Simms and Nance.

Troy Aikman and Joe Buck are also pretty decent.

Madden's problem is that he gets too enarmored with certain players too much ie. Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, etc.

That and he has the most overrated football game named after him. Of course, that's more EA hate than anything else.

I wouldn't judge Madden on the fact that he can move video games. Make as much money as you can for as long as you can. It's the American way.

Joe Buck treats football like baseball...he never shows any emotion, the only time he did is when Randy Moss "mooned" a packers crowd.

Are you nuts? Madden's a genius. He coached the Raiders to a championship (we all know how hard that it is), is a successful commentator, and single-handedly designed the best football video game in history, a new version of which he releases every year. Also, he clearly eats nothing but cheese and turduckens, and yet he's never had a coronary live on the air--what's his secret?

The Madden and Michaels mix was good, Madden was the clown while Michaels made sense. And Simms is pretty good as well. The main one I really dont like is Kornholio.

I never said i didnt like him just he's saying stupid stuff. i used to think he was the best but in the last couple of years he's been coming out with quite a few wierd comments
