Default Bears and Bolts (and the rest of the NFL) Game Thread

GO BEARS! This looks like a pure defensive battle. The Bears have 3 on the board. That might be enough. Neither Rivers nor Grossman look like much so far.

On another front, the Faders are down a TD to the Lions.

and the lions are still up 7-0 vs. the raiders late in the 2nd quarter ... it would be great to be in sole possession of 1st place after week 1

That Bears D is damn good. Even better now with Tommie back. Sandyeggo just can't move.

It's always funny to me how many of the "other" fans you always see in the Bolts' stands.

How pathetic is KC that no one feels the need to mention their "game"

okay - here's a mention

chiefs lose to Kubes' Texans, 20-3, which is GREAT because I live in Kansas ... glad our Broncos won today because I don't have to listen to chefs' fans all week long.

Absolutely not. Rivers is the Bolts' offensive weak link. He's a hot head who despite Charger fan's attempt to blame it on everyone else...faded terribly down the stretch.

i went to a sports bar here in wichita today - the chefs' fans were few and far between and were VERY quiet ... it was nice to see Kubes' team do us a favor. i wonder if Kubes got any advice from Shanahan earlier in the week

right on about rivers being a hothead. he taunted Broncos' fans last year numerous times when the chargers came back to win ... i'm looking forward to the rematch in october this year.

How many believe Norv Turner can coach the Bolts around the Bears D?

I see no hands raised.
