ECU just missed on a 4th and 1 with 2:31 remaining. VaTech leads 17-7. This was hardly a blowout for the 9th ranked Hokies today.

What year is he? Isnt he a sophomore? If not, he may need more time to develop. But ECU did a good job of controlling Orr which helped a lot.

He's a junior I believe. He's got a good throwing motion, but he can't read what's going on.
