But, for the Chargers, I would check out rookie Craig Davis (has looked great in camp and Eric Parker is injured)...as well as key position battles between Drayton Florence and Antonio Cromartie for the #2 corner spot...and rookie Eric Weddle vs. the supposedly much improved and focused Clinton Hart as SS opposite McCree. Also Legudu Naanee is an interesting prospect at HB/TE...kind of an athletic freak/prospect who they are looking to find a way to get the ball to. The one last position battle is at KR/PR...where they are looking to determine if they should cut or keep Darren Sproles...Michael Turner and Cromartie returned most of the kicks last year and did well. Chargers are extremely deep at LB and may keep 9 with Merriman, Phillips, Cooper, Wilhelm, Dobbins, Polk (ST star) as locks and Marques Harris, Waters and Siler (right on the bubble) trying to make the team. All are athletic and if we cut more than one of these guys, someone is going to get a good player. Looking forward to the showdown and no injuries during pre-season for any team. |

I'd love to see Rivers head pounded into the turf. By the way I'm not kidding.

In other news, Steroidman has decided to stop doing the needles out dance! I thought he was copywriting that thought?

I think he meant getting hit hard not hurt. Its like when a coach says go out and rip off their heads then **** down their neck. You know he doesn't mean it he just wants you to lay wood. As for wishing injury, that is cheap and weak, and you are right that is Bob.

I don't remember saying anything about an injury or making any type of wish. Bones crushed would be cool though, I'll go with your bones crushed and forgo the knocking of his head into said turf. Also you bringing up class in another post is funny. Since when is football even considered a classy sport? It's not by the way it's considered barbaric and primal in every way. If you want class go see the Philharmonic play or go listen to some jazz, maybe an art museum etc etc.

I'm more interested in seeing how Rivers performs. Read some negative comments about his performance in TC.

I could attack back here but Domcasual taught me that it won't make a difference. No reason to defend myself because I like physical football and don't shed crocodile tears to try and seem politicaly correct. This is football and it's ok to like to see opposing players limp off the field in pain. It's obvious you never suited up because if you did you would know how brutal players talk and how much pain they want to inflict. They way you act you would think there are a bunch of girls out there trying to play football. It's a mans game bro. For some reason you seem to think its a game for women, why is that?
